Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Warranty
TEMACN products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact support@temacn.com.
Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Limitation of Liability
TEMACN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
